Welcome to JRG Designs. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from JRG Designs. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided, including names, personalization details, sizes, colors, shipping information, and other custom selections, is accurate.

JRG Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, inappropriate customization requests, or other circumstances that may prevent us from completing the order.

If an order is canceled by JRG Designs before production begins, the customer will receive a refund of the applicable amount paid.

Custom & Personalized Items — Final Sale

ALL CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Because custom products are created specifically according to the customer’s selections, specifications, names, wording, colors, sizes, designs, or other personalization requests, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or personalized merchandise once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Names, initials, dates, numbers, and wording

Spelling and grammar

Sizes and measurements

Colors and design selections

Uploaded photographs, logos, graphics, or artwork

Placement and other customization instructions

JRG Designs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

If a proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the proof before approval. Once a proof has been approved, the order will be produced according to the approved design and cannot be returned or refunded because of an error that appeared on the approved proof.

Non-Custom Items

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, unused and non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or substantially different from the order you placed, please contact JRG Designs within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.

After reviewing the claim, JRG Designs may, at its discretion and as appropriate, repair the item, replace the item, correct the order, or issue a refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many JRG Designs products are made or customized specifically for each customer, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted.

Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be accommodated.

Once production of a custom or personalized item has begun, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

Colors & Product Appearance

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors and designs accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, materials, printing processes, or other factors.

Minor variations in color, placement, sizing, or appearance that are inherent to handmade or customized products are not considered defects.

Customer-Provided Images & Artwork

By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, text, graphics, trademarks, or other materials to JRG Designs, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it for the requested product.

You agree that JRG Designs is not responsible for claims resulting from your unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials.

JRG Designs reserves the right to decline any customization request that we believe may violate intellectual property rights, applicable law, or our business policies.

Production & Processing Times

Production and processing estimates are provided as a courtesy and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, customization requirements, holidays, and other circumstances.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

If an item is needed by a particular date, please contact JRG Designs before ordering. Requested delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to by JRG Designs.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

JRG Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is generally controlled by that carrier.

Customers should contact JRG Designs promptly regarding lost, damaged, or missing packages so that we can determine what assistance may be available.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original designs, graphics, photographs, product images, logos, website content, and other materials created by JRG Designs are owned by JRG Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property to the purchaser.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, photographs, and other information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

JRG Designs reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change prices, modify products, or cancel orders affected by material errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JRG Designs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

Privacy

Information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. JRG Designs does not control the privacy or security practices of third-party services except as required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

JRG Designs may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will become effective when the revised terms are posted on the website.

The version in effect at the time an order is placed will generally govern that purchase.
